Shipping policy

This policy explains where we deliver, how long delivery takes and what it costs when you order from bharatbazaar.co.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver across India. Orders placed on bharatbazaar.co are shipped to all serviceable pin codes in India through our courier partners, so there is no need to check your pin code before you order.
International orders: orders on bharatbazaar.co are delivered within India only. For international or export orders, please contact our export team at vikas@tapovanimpex.com or +91 98184 05500.
2. Delivery time
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 days of being placed.
Delivery to remote areas, or during festivals, public holidays, bad weather or other events outside our control, may take a little longer. If your order is significantly delayed, we will let you know.
3. Delivery charges

The delivery charge is based on your order value and is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Order confirmation and tracking
- You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed.
- When your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
5. Receiving your order
- Please make sure your name, delivery address, pin code and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
- Our courier partner may call you on the phone number you provide to arrange delivery.
- If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please mention it to the delivery person and tell us within 48 hours of delivery, as explained in our Refund Policy.
6. Undelivered orders
If an order cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or nobody was available to receive it after the courier’s delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and an additional delivery charge may apply.
7. Orders placed on other platforms
Bharat Bazaar products bought on Amazon, Blinkit, BigBasket or Swiggy Instamart are delivered by those platforms under their own delivery policies. For help with those orders, please contact the platform you ordered from.
